Shipping & Returns
We understand that sometimes you may want to return an item. If you change your mind you may return items that are unopened, unused and undamaged within 30 days for a full refund. Return shipping will need to be covered by buyer.
If when you receive your item and it is defective then we will pay the return shipping and replace the product. You have 30 days from the time you receive your item to alert us about any issues with your order. You should expect to receive your replacement/refund within 2 weeks of returning your package, however in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
We offer shipping to Australia and New Zealand for a flat rate of $14.95.
Please Note: Some of our products are considered dangerous goods, and are extremely costly to send to certain areas. In some instances, we will need to contact you to discuss the shipping situation, and possibly cancel your order. To be sure we can deliver the goods you would like to order to you, it would always be best to call us on 1300 848 612 before placing your order.
Delivery and Despatch Times
We process orders daily at 10 am. All orders received after 10am will be processed on the following business day. We endeavour to deliver within 2 to 5 business days all over Australia using Australia Post and Star Track.
Delivery times are estimated between 1-6 days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location:
1-2 business days - NSW / ACT*
2-3 business days - VIC / QLD*
4-5 business days - SA / TAS*
4-6 business days - WA / NT*
*Please allow additional 1-2 business days on top of the above allocated times for regional areas.
